All sales are final. Because you receive the complete, unencrypted source code for this product immediately after payment, refunds cannot be issued once the download has been unlocked. Please review the description, live demo, video preview and gallery carefully before buying.
All products sold on CY9 (website templates and Discord bots) are digital goods delivered instantly as downloadable source code. Because the complete, unencrypted source code is provided immediately upon successful payment, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been unlocked in your dashboard. Please review the product description, screenshots, live demo and video preview carefully before purchasing.
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive license to use, modify and deploy that product for your own projects or client projects. Reselling, redistributing or repackaging the source code itself as a competing product is not permitted.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. CY9 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your login information.
When a purchased product receives an update, the new version replaces the previous download in your dashboard at no additional cost. Update notifications may be sent via email if enabled.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe and/or PayPal. CY9 does not store your full card or payment credentials.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
