As soon as your payment is confirmed by Stripe or PayPal, the product unlocks instantly in your dashboard under "Purchases" as a downloadable file. No waiting, no manual delivery.
We accept credit/debit cards and other methods supported by Stripe, as well as PayPal balance and linked cards through PayPal Checkout. Both are processed securely — we never see or store your full card details.
No. All products are digital goods delivered as complete, unencrypted source code immediately after purchase. Because the full product is provided instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download is unlocked. Yes. When we release an update for a template or bot you own, the new version automatically replaces the old download in your dashboard at no extra cost. If email notifications are enabled, you will also get an email when this happens.
Go to Dashboard → Bills or Dashboard → Purchases and click "View Invoice" next to any order. It opens as a PDF you can view, print, or save to your device.
Currently password resets are handled manually — contact our support team via Discord or email with the address you registered with, and we will help you regain access.
