This Privacy Policy explains what information CY9 collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.
We collect the information you provide when creating an account (name, email address) and information generated when you make a purchase (order details, invoice records). We do not collect or store full payment card numbers; these are handled directly by Stripe and PayPal.
Your information is used to manage your account, process orders, deliver purchased files, generate invoices, and send transactional emails (welcome messages, purchase confirmations, product update notifications) if enabled.
Account and order information is stored securely on our servers. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
We use Stripe and PayPal to process payments, and an SMTP provider to send transactional emails. These services receive only the information necessary to perform their function.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting our support team.
We use a small number of cookies for session management (keeping you logged in) and language preference. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
